3-Ingredient Fudge — Make Any Color

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of white chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • food coloring (choose any color)
  • sprinkles (optional)
  • waxed paper or parchment paper for lining the pan

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate chips according to the package directions. A double boiler works well to prevent burning.
  2. Remove the melted chocolate from the heat.
  3. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  4. Add 4–5 drops of your chosen food coloring (add more if you want a deeper color). Stir until the color is even.
  5. If using sprinkles, fold a portion into the fudge now and reserve some for the top.
  6. Line a pan with waxed or parchment paper and pour the fudge mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly.
  7. Sprinkle any remaining sprinkles on top, if desired.
  8. Refrigerate until set, about 20 minutes.
  9. Remove from the pan, cut into squares, and serve. Enjoy!
