Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground breakfast sausage, cooked and drained
  • 10 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 5 cups frozen shredded hash browns, kept frozen
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Brown and drain 1 lb ground breakfast sausage.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together 10 large eggs until blended.
