- 5 ounce can of tuna, drained
- 15 ounce can of garbanzo beans (chickpeas), rinsed and drained
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained and coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, coarsely chopped
- 1 large hard-boiled egg, chopped
- 1½ tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1–2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
